You can book your appointment ONLINE anytime—it’s quick, easy, and always up to date.

Still unsure? No problem - EMAIL ME and I'll help you choose the best option for your hair goals.
+ You'll receive a confirmation email with all the important info: appointment details, salon address and how to contact me.
+ A reminder text will be sent 72 hours before your appointment.
+ A final confirmation text will arrive 24 hours before your appointment. If anything needs to change, please let me know as soon as possible!

What to Expect After Booking
+ Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
+ Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee of the service booked.
+ Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
+ No-shows will be charged in full and will be required to pay before booking

New Client Deposit Policy
+ For first-time guests booking a New Client Full Balayage/Babylight, a nonrefundable $50 deposit is required to secure your spot.
+ This deposit will go toward your final service total.
+ If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.

+ You have 7 days after your appointment to let me know if you're not fully satisfied.
+ I'll do my best to correct the issue in a way I feel is appropriate for the situation.
+ Please note that refunds are not offered on services.
